Final Fantasy VII Crisis CORE for PSP
PROS:
Crisis Core itself is a wonderful game, whether you've played the games in the series, like the original FFVII, or not, I hadn't, and still got a masterful experience out of this game. I got a little lost in the game, but parts were eventually explained later on in the game as to the rest of the story. Crisis Core works great as a stand alone game, and it also is an awesome game, to fill in the rest of the Final Fantasy Story.
Overall, Crisis Core has got many things going for it, from the great noticeable things, like the awesome graphics and great battle system, to the small things to most, like the music and plot. Most people don't seem to truly enjoy a game's plot, as much as long as it has the basics, of great gameplay. But me, I surely do enjoy a great storyline to go along with the gameplay, and Crisis Core has both. I really think that anyone should have a chance to experience this game that owns a PSP. And if you don't, but are thinking about getting one, this is one more reason to buy one.
The Story
Basically, this game sets us before Final Fantasy 7, to tell what happened before the story in that game. So that means this can basically be a stand alone game, where you don't have to play anything beforehand. There is a prequel, but it's only on Japanese cell phones. The game is called Before Crisis. Hmm, I wonder why...
Anyway, I'm going to try to give you as much detail into the story as I can, without giving you any spoilers. You start out as a low class fighter, who is basically trying to work his way up to the top by completing quests for his company. He comes through many hardships, such as losing friends, and making enemies. Really, I can't get much more into detail, the story is so elaborate, but I really don't want to ruin the story for anyone.
Gameplay and Battle System
I grouped these two together for some pretty obvious reasons, mainly because they are pretty much the same thing. Since this game really has little interactive gameplay that is enjoyable other then the battling, I don't think it's that major. It's basically go from point A to point B without much thinking what so ever. But the battle system is definitely what attracted to me to this game. I was in my local game store, and they were showing gaming reviews, and I saw the gameplay vids for this game, and I was in awe. I asked the cashier if they had that game, they sold it to me, and I was playing it instantly. The way you only target one person for attack, rather then running around hacking and slashing, adds a certain feel that other PSP games don't deliver on. Really, it's a unique offering in the way that you can target, switch to other attacks, and heal on the fly. It may take a while to get used to it though.

CONS:
There really isn't too much wrong with this game, the only thing I had trouble with was certain parts of the story, but eventually those parts were explained through out the game, so I don't really have anything to complain about. It also was a little shorter then I would've liked, but the varying modes of difficulty definitely add some replay value. Overall, the cons seemed to get worked by more pros that Square Enix always seem to have with there games.

Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops for Sony PSP
An all-new action game in Hideo Kojima's legendary Metal Gear Solid series, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops jumps into the stealth action genre on the PSP system with an original storyline that follows the events of "Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater" and innovative online play that lets gamers recruit their own comrades to form a unique fighting force. Providing the missing pieces to the puzzle of the Metal Gear saga, players learn more about their favorite characters and how the events of later Metal Gear games were set into motion while experiencing breakthrough online play that lets gamers utilize all aspects of the PSP systems' infrastructure functionality.
Well what can i say i played this game already. It has good graphics, great story and of course the game play of all Metal gear games(except on the gameboy console). This kind of game is one of the best games ever made. Which also enables the user to use the internet connection of the PSP. Using the WLAN and the access point or wireless internet connection you can recruit soldiers, trade soldiers, and battle through the net. Such great game should not be missed by PSP console players out there.

God of War
God of War revolves itself around the trials and tribulations of Kratos, a muscular, pale-skinned, heavily tattooed Spartan warrior who, at the outset of the game, is on the verge of suicide. Citing that the gods of Olympus have abandoned him, Kratos throws himself off the tallest mountain in Greece, plummeting to his seemingly desired doom. As he falls, the voice of an elderly narrator cuts off Kratos' death before final impact and tells us of how things had not always been so dire for our hero. Flashback to three weeks prior--to the beginning of Kratos' adventure--where we find him on a wrecked ship in the middle of the Aegean Sea, fighting his way through scads of undead warriors and a rather large, multiheaded hydra. Though the story begins here, you won't learn much about Kratos until quite a bit later in the game. The initial impression you get from his adventures is that he is, for lack of a better term, a mean-spirited, unlikable son of a bitch who would sooner slaughter his own mother than let anyone get in his way. While some lingering aspects of this perception will last throughout the game, you'll come to learn over time that Kratos is a deeply tortured soul who wants nothing more than to wash away the sins of his past.
